The news regarding Prince Harry's association with the startup comes soon after he and his wife, Meghan Markle sat down with Oprah for the tell-all interview. I'm sure there are veterans and people that could do this job as well as him, but they don't have connections or the clout. Good for him, but it shouldn't be a surprise. https://t.co/FmKiHmUPMd— Wade (@wadethecracker) March 23, 2021
Apart from the new role, Harry and Meghan Markle are also founding members of a production company known as Archewell Audio. The company has an exclusive partnership with Spotify. Additionally, the couple also entered into a multi-year deal with Netflix to produce series, scripted shows, documentaries, and children's programming. According to The New York Times, the couple stated, "Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope. As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us." They also spoke of their hope of sharing impactful content with the unprecedented reach of the OTT platform.
